His father was a gardener with the municipality and his mother worked as a cook. They have four children and Ronaldo was the youngest child among them. He is playing for Androrinha since he was eight years old. Then in 1995, he joined the club ‘National’ which is located in his home town of Madrid.

When he was playing at the sporting CP, then Cristiano Ronaldo played for all the levels such as under 16, under 17, under 18, B-team and the first team before he finally graduating into the senior team in the year 2002.
